Commission Spots: To get a spot you need to send me the "Commission Application" via my e-mail. The spot is safe once I've confirmed it and the deposit is paid. I choose the commission based on the project and not by first come, first serve.

If I don't hear from you again after confirming your spot I will hold it for 2 days, after that it expires.

I do not take commissions for medallions at the moment.

Deposit: The deposit I take is 50% of the full price and it must be payed before I start painting. You can pay the rest over the process in time payments or at the end within 2 weeks after finishing.

Deadline: I do not work with a deadline for commissions, however I always prioritize commissions over personal projects. The time from start to finish can vary from some weeks to several months. Throughout the whole time we will stay in touch and I'll send you frequent updates on your commission.

Quality: All models are handpainted and can have slight imperfections. Still, many of my horses are live show proven and I am happy to have many returning customers and happy buyers!

I only use the best materials I can find and to ensure a long lasting and beautiful paintjob.

I always seal my work with a satin matte finish to protect it from dust and the overall environment. I will just gloss the eyes and nostrils and on request the hooves.

If you have a model of mine that's damaged I can repair it. I will only repair models that I painted.

Shipping: I can ship international and will always ship with tracking number and insurance. The costs will be discussed individually and are not included in the prices listed on my website. Because I'm located in Germany, please be aware of possible custom fees.

I try to use recycled materials but only if the box is not damaged. The model will be packed in multiple layers of different materials to protect the paintjob and model itself.

Cancellation: You can always cancel a commission as long as I haven't started. However you must pay the shipping of the model back to you. I cannot refund the deposit if you cancel the commission when I've already started or if you don't like the outcome.

Payment: Possible via PayPal (g/s if you cover the costs) or bank transfer within Germany. All payments must be send in Euro.
